"Disgusting": Demi Lovato's sex tape scandal

Demi Lovato's people have, predictably, squashed rumours the 18-year-old has a secret sex tape awaiting release.

The 18-year-old Disney star - already seeking help for personal issues and seen in racy leaked photos - is angered at reports that she filmed sex sessions.

"Perpetrating these completely unfounded rumors from supposed sources while Demi is in treatment dealing with serious physical and emotional issues is disgusting," her spokesman said.

"The sourcing on this report is so spotty that it is hard to fully respond."

The spokesman also rubbished reports that Demi's uncle, Francisco Lovato, acted as a chaperone who would keep people away from her tour bus while she had sex.

"Francisco Lovato is the brother of Demi's estranged father. He never travelled on the tour, and certainly didn't serve as some sort of chaperone," the spokesman insisted.

It was recently suggested that one of the reasons behind the end of the marriage, between American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, was the fact that Jennifer was having an affair with model William Levy, after the couple previously filmed sensual scenes together.

However, those reports have since been denied by Levy’s spokesperson who explained, “The only relationship there was or is, is a professional relationship. That’s all there’s ever been.” Now reports have surfaced that William Levy is being sued for sexual battery of a minor.

William is reported to have allegedly lured a young girl back to his hotel room, where he forced the plaintiff to perform a sexual act on him. The incident is said to have taken place on July 19, 2010 at the Hilton Hotel in Glendale, California. Levy denies the claims and insists that she gave consent and deceived him into believing she was 19 years old. The lawsuit is still going and is awaiting a court date.
